Reliable, ethical, customer (buyer and seller) focused; we are Marksman Properties.
The driest country in sub-Saharan Africa, Namibia is one of the least densely populated countries in the world. The population of 2.55 million people is concentrated in the capital Windhoek (approximately 450 000 people).
Agriculture, tourism and the mining industry – including mining for gem diamonds, uranium, gold, silver and base metals – form the basis of its economy, while the manufacturing sector is comparatively small. Annually, over one million travellers visit Namibia, with roughly one in three coming from South Africa, then Germany and finally the United Kingdom, Italy and France. The country is among the prime destinations in Africa and is known for ecotourism which features Namibia's extensive wildlife. Namibia with its excellent climate, good infrastructure and endless tourist attractions, remains a first-class location attracting the elite tourist and wealthy retirement investor. Marksman Properties focusses on the Windhoek area, and more specifically on Estate Living, but will accommodate any enquiries countrywide.
