The Care Centre is set up to be a Retirement Facility, with Frail Care. It can however be converted to several alternatives, such as Alzheimer Home, Sub- Acute and Step-down facility and Cosmetic Surgery Hotel, to name but a few.

The Care Centre has been operational since February 2019 and was “mothballed” in March 2021 due to the effects of COVID-19 on retirement facilities and the financial strain caused by the slow increase in occupation, as result thereof.
The facility is fully furnished and equipped, with the equipment, furniture, and operational licenses housed in a separate company.
